Yes you can!
We have specifically designed this program to cater for anyone - no matter where you live in the world.
In fact - we have an amazing global community with people from over 15 different countries at this stage.
All workouts can be done at the time of day that best suits you - no matter your time zone.
All you need will be some basic objects that can easily be found around the house (eg bag, books, bottles etc.) In the program we show you what you can use.
However, if you do have some dumbbells, kettlebells or other weights then great! We will also show you how you can incorporate those, but these are not essential.
This will depend on your current fitness level and goals.
The program is designed to help establish a long term and sustainable habit.
We ease you into it over the first 2 weeks to help you acclimatise to your new movements.
As the program progresses you will have the opportunity to complete anywhere from 2-3 strength training sessions per week and then additional cardio and balance workouts on top of this as desirable.
However, even with just the minimum 2 structured strength training sessions a week you can achieve excellent improvement in strength, fitness and mobility.
Most of the program workouts are 25-30 minutes, so are really manageable to fit into your daily routine. We want to make this a long-term habit.
However, as you progress through the program you will have the opportunity to increase how long these sessions are as you get fitter and stronger (if you desire).
Yes, you can do the workouts at the time that works best for you! They are NOT 'live' workouts where you have to turn up at a specific time on a specific day.
Our purpose built website portal houses all the workouts and educational videos for the 8 week program. We release the content 1 week at a time to help you stay on track and focused.This format works best for allowing us to design a program to help you get the actual strength and fitness results you are after. Whilst also allowing you to do the workouts at a time that best suits you. The program has been specifically planned in advance and progresses not only how much exercise you are doing but also how hard you are doing it. So by the end of the 8 weeks you will not only have cemented a long term habit but will be exercising at an intensity high enough to achieve the results you are after. Within our private 8 week community there will be plenty of live interaction including our live Be Mobile Shows to help keep the motivation high and to answer any obstacles or questions that come up along the way.
This is one of the most common concerns we come across when helping clients get started with an exercise program. It is natural to be concerned especially if you have had a bad experience in the past.
However, what we know from the scientific evidence and from our experience, is that almost every condition benefits from exercise. You just have to find the right starting point for you and gradually build up. We also know that the potential health downsides of not undertaking a regular exercise routine far outweigh the occasional joint or muscle pain that may crop up.
We will teach you how to progress into your new routine and educate you about pain and other issues that often arise when starting out with a new routine.
We are there for you! The program has been set up so that you can work through it step-by-step in your own time, but following our structure each week. We will be there to provide support, keep the motivation high and help you overcome any obstacles that crop up.
However we understand that sometimes life can get in the way and so as a special bonus have granted you 12 months access to your 8 week Program Portal so you can pick up right where you left off, if something was to get in the way.
